Theairdrawingmodelofapolymerinameltblowingprocessisestablishedandsolvedbyintroducingthenumericalcomputationresultsoftheairjetflowfieldofthedualslotdie.Theinfluenceofthemeltblowingprocessingparametersonthefiberdiameterisalsodiscussed.Alowerpolymerthroughputrate,higherpolymermelttemperature,higherairtemperature,andhigherairvelocitycanyieldfinerfibers.Theresultsshowgreatpotentialofthisresearchforthecomputerassisteddesignofmeltblowingtechnology.
